2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

• NeonSign: our standard production time is 1-3 days, and shipping takes an additional 3-5 days. If you are located in the U.S., you can expect to receive your light within a week (7 business days) from the date of purchase. Please note that this is the fastest shipping option currently available.
• Macrame: Production time is 1-3 days and shipping takes an additional 7-10 days.

3. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY FOR NEON SIGN?

We offer a 12-month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

If there is a technical problem (lights do not light up, power adapter failure) we will resend you a new one or new adapter depending on the problem. If you have any issues with your sign within 12-months of purchasing, kindly contact us with details of your sign's issues to get the best supporting.

4. WHAT ARE THE NEON SIGNS MADE OF?

Our Neon signs are handcrafted using premium flexible neon LED. This LED is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing can be cut to shape, cut to letter or cut to square.

5. HOW LONG WILL THE NEON SIGN LAST?

The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly! Especially, our LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.?
